Campus Dormitories
Located right across the street from ULL Student Union, conference attendees have the option to stay right on campus for a low cost. Want to see how close it is? Check it out on Google Maps street view for yourself! We will either be in Coronna Hall or Bonin Hall as shown in the link. Turn 180 degrees, and you’re facing the Student Union! And YES, it is air conditioned! A MUST for Louisiana!
Cost: $75 night (member and non-member rate)
Available Nights: Friday, June 27, 2025 - Thursday July 3, 2025
Specific Dormitory Information:
Guests will be sharing suites (2 people per suite - each with private bedroom and private bath)
NO families are allowed
Linens include bed sheets, blanket, bath towel and hand towel
Bed height is 27 inches (can be modified for individuals who request in advance)
Parking will be available for those with cars
Dormitory reservations must be made by June 9, 2025 to guarantee a reservation
Payment is due upon reservation (check or credit card); reservation will not be guaranteed until payment is received
No cancellation refunds after June 9, 2025
Conference Hotel
For those of us that still prefer a hotel, the conference hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Lafayette/Cajundome. Booking information for the conference is coming soon, but for now you can check out the photos the SAME Conference Planning Committee took during our scoping trip back in January.
On-Campus Parking
Parking is available in a couple of covered parking garages near the Student Union. Folks staying on campus in the dorms will have designated parking for free, and folks that are commuting to campus will have another area of designated parking that should also be free, unless we need to overflow park through ParkMobile. *When parking anywhere on campus, the license plate has to be visible.
